BESPOKE IRONWORK BALCONY
TIMBER BALCONY REPLACEMENT
CSW FABRICATIONS were commissioned to remove an existing timber Balcony structure and replace it with a matching ironwork product which would be designed and installed with regard to light filtration to the room underneath.
We used an expanded metal flooring material, fabricated within frames to allow light filtration and, matched the existing Timber Balustrade by manufacturing a semi modern ironwork style utilising square, hollow sections with a 40mm 'flat bar' cross. The entire product was Galvanised, pre-treated and polyester Powder-Coated in RAL8016 MAHOGANY BROWN which, was a nice contrast with the windows & doors whilst also maintaining a modern appearance. And the finishing touch.. A lovely Hardwood Handrail.
INTERCONNECTING IRON BALCONETTE
IRON BALCONETTE REPLACEMENT
CSW FABRICATIONS removed two old iron Balconies at a private house in Leicestershire and replaced them with one interconnecting Balcony which was manufactured in 3 x sections.
We used an expanded metal flooring material, fabricated within frames to allow light filtration and introduced 'bowed' infill bars to give the impression of more space from the standing area. The entire product was Galvanised, pre-treated and polyester Powder-Coated in RAL7016 ANTHRACITE GREY which, to the clients request, maintained a modern look whilst it retained its 'traditional balcony' style as per the house to which it was installed.
